I write 10+ Substack notes a day. It sounds crazy, I know, but a lot of the time, tons of ideas come to me when I’m sitting on the bus. For example, I’ll be staring out the window, lost in thought, and suddenly something will click.

At first, I didn’t quite understand why some notes would take off while others fell flat. I’d often spend a long time writing what I thought was a masterpiece, only for it to get zero likes. Then, a month later, someone would message me saying that a note changed their life, and its positive message encouraged them to keep writing.
